UPS Ground Service:

We use UPS to get your order to you as quickly as possible for all products. This takes 1 to 8 working days, depending on how far you are located from our warehouse.

We cannot ship by UPS to a P.O. Box address. Please supply A CONFIRMED STREET ADDRESS for delivery. TO SPEED YOUR ORDER, 2nd Day or Next Day services are available. Alaska , Hawaii and U.S. territorial islands must be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping rates quoted on request.

Rush/2nd Day Service: UPS 2nd Day service is available for shipping for an additional fee.For Next Day or Next Day Saver shipping charges for rush service MUST be in to our office by 12 noon to allow processing time for same day shipment. All orders received after 12 noon will be shipped the following day unless confirmed over the phone.
For Next Day Air or Next Day Air Saver are quoted per order.

Package Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via e-mail upon every shipment. You will be sent a tracking number upon shipment to the email registered to your paypal account.In certain cases your order may be dropped shipped from the manufacturer or one of our suppliers in a state closer to your location (this will speed up your delivery time). If your order was dropped shipped there may be a delay in receiving your tracking number (even thou the order has shipped). with this number you may track the package online or call 1-800-742-5877 for assistance http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US

Prices: Prices subject to change without notice. No C.O.D. Orders accepted.

Canadian Orders: All orders from outside the U.S. MUST be payable in U.S. FUNDS, preferably in the form of a money order drawn on a U.S. bank or credit card. No foreign personal or savings checks accepted. A freight quote for each Canadian order will be sent to cover the shipping cost and insurance.We use USPS that offers Express (5 day) and Priority mail service (6-10 day) . The actual freight can be paid via paypal or with a visa or mastercard over the phone. Customer is responsible for GST.

International Orders: Currently, Four Season Distribution Inc does not ship internationally via our website (except Canada and the U.K. via Paypal),we can however accept bank wire or western union payments for international orders, Please email for payment details.

Returns: All returned items must be postage prepaid, no C.O.D. shipments accepted. Any item returned for credit subject to a 20% percent restocking fee. All returned items MUST be in New and Unused. Refunds – will be returned via the method of payment issued or at our discretion a refund check may be mailed. All claims must be made within 15 days from receipt of order.Our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount in addition to the 20% restocking fee. Defective items will be replaced.

Errors: All claims for errors, discrepancies or problems must be made within 3 days from receipt of order.

Warranty: Most Stock parts have a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty(this varies from MFG to MFG)All claims must be handled directly the MFG or their Distributors.No warranty on race clutches,No exceptions.
